Imperfectleigh Crafted is a small handmade business offering handcrafted wickless candles, wax melts, and other related home fragrance products.

All products are created in small batches, and natural variations are expected as part of the handmade process.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies posted throughout the site.

All Imperfectleigh Crafted products are handmade in small batches.

Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations may occur, including but not limited to:

• Wax appearance
• Frosting
• Color variation
• Surface texture
• Minor imperfections
• Label placement
• Vessel imperfections
• Slight scent variation between batches

These characteristics are normal and help make each product unique.

Products are not mass-produced and may perform differently from commercially manufactured products.

All Imperfectleigh Crafted products must be used only as intended and in accordance with all product labels, warnings, instructions, and applicable manufacturer instructions.

Fragrance products, wax products, warmers, refills, air fresheners, candles, and other products may involve heat, fragrance oils, wax, or other materials that require proper handling. Keep products away from children and pets as directed, avoid unintended skin or eye contact, and protect surfaces from fragrance oils, melted wax, heat, or other materials that may cause staining or damage.

For products used with third-party devices, including wax warmers, candle warming lamps, and wall plug-in fragrance warmers, customers are responsible for using a compatible device and following the device manufacturer’s instructions and safety requirements. Imperfectleigh Crafted is not responsible for the operation, compatibility, malfunction, or misuse of third-party devices.

By purchasing or using Imperfectleigh Crafted products, you accept responsibility for proper use and agree that Imperfectleigh Crafted is not liable for injury, property damage, staining, discoloration, or other damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, incompatible equipment, or failure to follow provided safety instructions and warnings.

Please refer to individual product packaging and our Disclaimer/Safety information for product-specific instructions.

Imperfectleigh Crafted is not responsible for damage, injury, or misuse resulting from improper candle use.
