At Imperfectleigh Crafted, every product is handmade in small batches with care and attention to detail. Because our products are handcrafted and made with natural waxes and handmade vessels, slight variations are expected and part of the character of the product.

Please review the following refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Customers must contact Imperfectleigh Crafted within 3 days of confirmed delivery to report any issue with an order.

Requests submitted after the 3-day window may not qualify for review, replacement, exchange, or refund.

To review any return or damage claim, customers must provide:

• Clear photos of the issue
• A short video showing the issue when applicable
• Order number or proof of purchase

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the request.

Returns may only be considered for:

• Unused products
• Unopened wax melts
• Unopened car air fresheners
• Products that arrive damaged during shipping

Approved returns must be in original condition.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, the following are not considered defects and are not valid reasons for returns or refunds:

• Wax discoloration
• Frosting
• Texture changes after burning
• Label bubbling or lifting
• Minor scratches or imperfections
• Handmade mug imperfections
• Small bumps, dents, or uneven surfaces
• Slight label placement differences
• Minor color variation
• Natural variation between batches
• Scent strength preferences
• Personal dislike of a fragrance

These characteristics are normal for handmade artisan products and do not affect product performance.

Scent experience is highly personal and subjective.

Refunds will not be issued because a customer dislikes a fragrance or expected a scent to smell different.

However, Imperfectleigh Crafted may allow a scent exchange on a case-by-case basis.

For approved scent exchanges:

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs
• Returned items must meet unused condition requirements
• Exchange approval is at the discretion of Imperfectleigh Crafted

We strongly encourage customers to try lower-cost products, such as wax melts or sample options, when testing new fragrances before purchasing full-size candles.

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, customers must contact Imperfectleigh Crafted within the required 3-day window and provide photos/videos of:

• Packaging
• Shipping box
• Damage to the product

Approved damage claims may qualify for replacement or store credit.

If a return or exchange is approved:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless returning a damaged item or otherwise stated
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable for anything other than damaged items
• Imperfectleigh Crafted is not responsible for lost return packages

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Refund approval is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Our products are intentionally not mass-produced, and slight imperfections help reflect the authentic handmade nature of the brand.
